I went to redeem a voucher I received and 24 hours later, have not received the transfer of funds. It also states that once it’s transferred, it will take 2-4 business days to actually get it into your account. They’ve asked for additional information which I think is inappropriate. Please don’t use this company, either get a voucher directly for what you want or just give the person the money. I hope I actually get the voucher money but I’m not sure I will at this stage.
This whole situation made our evening with friends quite unpleasant. I believe they should send me a physical gift card to make up for this terrible experience. My advice would be to avoid using their services; it feels like a scam to me. Giftly.com is renowned for its user-friendly website experience, making finding and personalizing gift cards easy and enjoyable.
I have repeatedly called giftly.com and sent e-mails. My grandson never received the gift card and I have not received any compensation although the charge is still on my credit card. I have not been able to talk to anyone at Giftly.com. The trick underlying the app is that Giftly has a web of relationships with banks and credit card processors. When the recipient goes to redeem their gift, they pay themselves, but Giftly will reimburse them that amount through their credit card. In a sense, the more gifts you receive and send to friends, the more Giftly can serve as a mobile wallet or a record of what you’ve consumed or where you’ve gone.
This variety ensures recipients can choose where and how to use their gifts, adding a personal touch to every card sent. I was pleased to find Giftly to send a gift card after failed attempts elsewhere. I didn’t know Giftly existed and the BBB standing was a huge part of my decision to use them. Nothing was obscure or hidden from me as I checked out. After finding out my recipient wouldn’t open the Giftly link because of their VPN, I had to cancel the card.
First, you’d head to Giftly.com and choose how much you wanted to give. Next, you’d specify up to three places where your friend could redeem that gift — be it a restaurant, a retail outlet, or whatever else you’d like. Finally, you send the Giftly via Facebook or email. You also can attach an image and a message to help spruce things up a bit. The Plaintiffs in the two cases are a Brooklyn-based bakeshop and a Philadelphia-area café.
They seek to represent tens of thousands of other small businesses across the country that are listed on Defendants’ websites without consent. The lawsuits were filed in federal district courts in Philadelphia and Brooklyn. If they still can’t find it, confirm that the message hasn’t been filtered into a different folder. Additionally, ask them to update their Messenger app to the latest version, as this can sometimes resolve viewing issues. If the problem persists, it’s best to contact Giftly’s customer support for assistance. The purchase fee covers the costs of hosting and maintaining this service, the credit card processing fees, the banking fees, and the cost of redeeming gifts. I recently experienced challenges with Giftly when sending an e-gift to my sister-in-law in Canada. An initial error with the email address caused stress in canceling, as it falsely showed delivered.
I have tried over and over to activate the card with no success. I enter the required #’s and information and it will not activate. I have called the telephone numbers and had to listen to several minutes of ads, then it just goes to being put on hold for 45 minutes till I gave up. I would like for them to refund the money OR activate the card so we can use it. For your corporate gift needs, Prezzee Business has you covered.
